All my gold jewelry has tarnished. I put pieces of chalk in each drawer to keep the moisture out. I cleaned a pair of earings with baking soda and it worked. Do you know an easier and faster way?

There is something wrong here. Silver tarnishes, Iron rusts. Gold does not tarnish, rust, or otherwise oxidize. It can get dirty, but I don't know what has crud up your jewelry box.

Chalk & baking soda? One does not use baking soda on jewelry. Go to Wal*Mart or another department store, & purchase a jar of jewelry cleaner that is made for gold.

You could take them to the jewelers, but you'd have to pay for them to clean them.
