I got my belly button pierced about 4 months ago, and it has healed enough that I can now change the barbell, btu when i went on the web and in some stores, i only found the quintessential dangly silver gem stone variety. When i got this piercing I knew that it was generally associated with promiscuous people, but I think it looks cute. I just want to find jewellry that doesn't have 'cutie' emblazoned on it or dangles 7 inches. Soemthing original or adorable or anything. Help!!!

Have to say im a tiny offended that you state “promiscuous” people are generally associated with a navel piercings. I for one got mine because I think its adorable and it compliments the results of my time at the gym.

As for original jewelry try ebay (though its not great quality - you can find a good variety) and get some colored barbells. I’ve an awesome spiral hoop that I found on eBay - its sterling silver so its a bit more than the cheap ones but worth the money.

I would suggest to cease looking at how things are “slutty” and just find whatever you like. There isn't a magic shop that has everything you need, you just need to look around, especially since you're looking for a rather specific piece of jewelry. Asking this question on Y!A really doesn't get you very far since we’ve NO clue what you would think about slutty or not. Look around your mall, I've seen dozens of little jewelry stands filled with every bellybutton ring that you can think of.
