anybody know of any stores (in st. louis, missouri, maybe???) that have cheap jewelry that is fashionable? places like forever 21…whats ur favorite?

I like Claire's and Icing. They’ve really cute/pretty necklaces, purses, and earrings. The ideal part is that they're both affordable. Sometimes Claire's has 10 items for $5 days. Those are the ideal days to go!
