First of all you need to purchase 2 things:

Shrink Plastic

Ring Bases

both of these are avaliable on the web or in good craft stores

the shrink plastic xomes in glossy, matt and different textures as well!

then you follow the manufacturers instructions to make your designs on the shrink plastic and stick them onto the ring bases!!!
