I've been told toothpaste works well to clean jewelry. I'm also wondering about rubbing alchohol.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Combine roughly equal parts of dishwashing liquid, ammonia and water. Use a soft toothbrush to clean. The goldsmith who made my wedding ring told me to do this.

And peroxide does wonders in cleaning jewelry it gets in deep with detailed jewelry with all the bubbles it creates when it starts working….. and it's very in high-priced!
