80s- oversized sweater or shirt plus belt leggings or tights and flats. or tight high waist pants with a sweater tucked in…horizantal stripes, bright colours.
90s- oversized jean anything, mesh/net shirts. stirrup tights. ratty big hair. t-shirts tucked into high waist light wash skinny jeans. the shirt sleeves rolled up.
