OMG what girl doesn't like to be pretty, its the law of the land. We do it to first make our self happy then secondly to make you men happy. Appearance is very important to a lady, we love to give you men something to look at and we also feel good about ourselves when we look good. Wearing a toe ring or anklet is just another fashion tactic.
