I want to get my ear pierced, but I want to do it myself. However, the main question is…

I know that I have to keep my piercing in for 6 weeks so the hole doesn't close up, but my stupid school doesn't grant for guys to wear earrings… Is there a clear sorta invisible earring that just serves to keep my hole open for 6 weeks?

Now, how do I go on about piercing my own ear? Just sterilize a needle and go at it? I'm definitely not getting it done at Wal-Mart, and I think other jewelry stores use the piercing gun which forces you to choose some special earring…

Answer:
Okay so sterilize a needle with fire, then chill your ear for a few seconds until it feels slightly numb. Take a slice of apple and stick it behind your ear and jab the needle through your ear. Leave it in for a couple seconds and slowly pull it out, ice your ear some more. Then clean it off with rubbing alcohol and put in your earing. You’ve to clean your ears with rubbing alcohol for the first month or so and can't take out the earing.

Yeah it's a plug, those are the only earings I find attractive on guys. Don't get diamonds yuck

Answer:
I do this all the time and yes, there are clear plugs you can put in. Sterilize the needle and make sure the needle size is a little bit more massive than that of a normal earring. You should use a pen to mark where you want it and see if it is okay for you, if so, pierce away.

Answer:
You can get a piercing kit for under $10 everything you need. Just use a sterile needle and you can numb your lobe with some ice for a minute, put a cork against the back if your lobe and push it all the way through to the cork. I pierced my own ears when I was like 11 years old, so it's no massive deal.

Answer:
Okay, here's the deal:

There’s a thing called a piercing retainer, but it should be in 24 hours tops, ideally no more than 10, and it should only be in a healed piercing.

Piercing your own ear is highly unsafe. I did it once, I was 10, so I had a bit of an excuse for my stupidity. It is impossible to fully sterilize a needle at home and you’ll like tear the skin(little tears that you won't be able to see) both of which would leave you far more open to infection.

Don’t go anywhere that uses a gun, guns are unsafe for the same two reasons above along with it being worse because the lack of correct sterilization and the sharing from person to person leave you open to diseases that the previously pierced might have.

Try a piercing parlor, however if you insist on doing it yourself use solid gold or silver jewelry, buy a home piercing kit and soak it twice a day in salt water solution.
