Answer:
I don't know what “scene girl” means - but if it is “fashion forward” or “trendy” then right now go for over the top jewelry - statement necklaces, layer different necklaces, bangles or an arm cuff looks fun. As for belts — I'm not huge on the belts right now as a piece to build an outfit around. If you were to do a belt — I would go with a skinny, multi-wrap belt around the hips - not trying too hard. The massive waist belt isn’t in favor this season (unless the outfit requires it — use your judgment there).

I hope that helps… but really… “scene girl” - the best part of fashion is the fun you’ve in expressing yourself. Don't try to be something you aren't.

Well.. even though i ahppen to hate labels, the average “scene” girl ussualy wears jelly braclets .. Wristbands with symbols from bands and such.. fingerless gloves ( ussually only 1 hand) pyramid studded belt ( the ones with the metal on them that surround the belt* ) Seat Belt Belts.. hmm.. Long necklaces .. Peace symbols necklaces… Colorful belts. ( can be purchased at hottopic or spencers) …….. uh.. thats all i know..
