cant you do a google search? I would think you need to contact a big warehouse where they’ve pieces for jewelry making or you can call up big fashion universities like FIT or Parsons and ask to speak to their jewelry department.

… If you really needed to make the jewellery you wouldn't need to ask that kind of question. Are you sure you have the skill to work the material to begin with? Bone is notoriously difficult.

You won't be buying ivory in the US unless it's illegally gotten. You can sell what you own, but otherwise, it's taboo and not available in any stores. As for bone, not sure on that score. Check out craft stores for jewelry making materials.
